Lighthouse Tower
Reach new heights on Lighthouse Tower, a four-pitch climbing adventure standing at an impressive 350 feet tall. The route 'Lonely Vigil' climbs the east side of the tower with the majority of the route consisting of hand and finger cracks withih a large chimney system. For the first half of the route, challenge your 5.10 hand-jamming abilities over some buldges. The real fun starts a ways up in the deepest part of the chimney system, which offers an extremely fun stemming opportunity.
The final pitch is a short and relatively mellow 5.8 face climb up the steep summit block. Once you've reached the top, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Colorado River and the entire Big Bend area. Lighthouse Tower is a must-visit destination for climbers looking for a unique and challenging adventure that's relatively close to Moab. Don't miss out on the opportunity to conquer one of Moab's most iconic climbing towers!
